How to get the permanently deleted files on Windows

You can bring those files from the hard disk or your flash drive.

Conditions: Only if the data on that drive is not re-occupied (or written). That means the space which was available after the deletion is not been occupied after the deletion.

You have to download Software called "Kissass Undelete".

To start searching for the files, Select the drive from the Left panel of the Windows and Click the scan button.

The Scan might take up to 10 to 20 secs.

When the files search has been completed, it will show you the results with the name, type, size and the last modified date of the searched file.

Now you can select the file to recover.

This is an Open source application and available for All Windows OS (Windows XP/Vista/7).

How do you send email to many people without everyone knowing who else is receiving it

You should use the Bcc: header. Bcc stands for "Blind carbon-copy". All mail clients, including Mozilla Thunderbird, Outlook Express and Webmail have this option.
You should leave your To: field blank, and type in all the addresses in the Bcc: field. The message will be delivered to all recipients, but they have no way of knowing who else received it.
When they reply, they can only reply to the person that sent the message and people that were listed in the To: and Cc: fields.

How to Create keyboard shortcuts to open programs

You can create keyboard shortcuts to open programs. Before you get started, you need to create a shortcut for the program to which you want to assign a keyboard shortcut. To do this, open the folder that contains the program's executable file, right-click it, and then click Create Shortcut.

Ø Locate the shortcut to the program that you want to create a keyboard shortcut for.
Ø Right-click the shortcut, and then click Properties.
Ø In the Shortcut Properties dialog box, click the Shortcut tab.
Ø Click in the Shortcut key box, press the key on your keyboard that you want to use in combination with Ctrl+Alt (keyboard shortcuts automatically start with Ctrl+Alt), and then click OK. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

If you're using a program that also has a keyboard shortcut using the same key combination as the shortcut you just created, then your shortcut might not work
