How to Block A Program From Accessing Internet In Windows

First of all go to Control Panel of windows.

From Control Panel open “System and Security“.
Open “Windows FireWall”.

Open “Advanced Settings” from left side.

Now Select “Outbound Rules” from left side of the window and then click “New Rule” on right side of the window.
Select “programs” and click “Next“.

Select “This program path” and click “Browse” to select the program that you want to block. After selecting the program click the “Next” button
Now be sure it is checked “Block the Connection” and click the “Next“
Select all of the options and click “Next“.
Now give this newly created rule a name and description than click “Finish”

Now you are done, your program will be blocked.

     That’s all.
